I still aim to use the published book as the final outcome but as it is going to take a couple more day to arrive than expected as well as the possibility of it not turning up at all. I decided to experiment with making a book by hand as a backup. From a previous university project I already had the skills to produce a book and so I didn’t need to do much research I just moved onto testing paper and printers.
If I’m completely honest the hand made book I made was very rushed and is not up to my standard for me to submit it. There are a lot of mistakes cased by me not taking my time so its could be wrong for me to compare this to the published book. However I feel that I don’t have the time to get a handmade book to the standerd I want as I want it to be clean and professional like it is an actually product. So while I see the benefits of making a book overall I would like to go for quality of a published book.
